牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的效果研究

Study on the effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment on periodontitis

目的分析牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的效果。方法60例牙周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对比组,每组30例。研究组施以牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗,对比组施以牙周组织再生术治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率、相关临床指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对比组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为0,低于对比组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组菌斑指数为(0.65±0.04),牙周袋深度为(2.25±0.36)mm,出血指数为(0.92±0.06);对比组菌斑指数为(0.88±0.07),牙周袋深度为(3.85±0.11)mm,出血指数为(1.98±0.24)。治疗后,研究组菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、出血指数均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸在牙周炎患者的治疗中有着良好的应用效果,能够改善患者的牙周功能,降低并发症发生率,值得应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment on periodontitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with periodontitis were divided into research group and control group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The research group received periodontal tissue regeneration,and the control group received periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and related clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the research group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the research group was 0,which was lower than 13.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index of the research group was(0.65±0.04),the periodontal pocket depth was(2.25±0.36)mm,and the bleeding index was(0.92±0.06);the plaque index of the control group was(0.88±0.07),the periodontal pocket depth was(3.85±0.11)mm and the bleeding index was(1.98±0.24).After treatment,the plaque index,periodontal pocket depth and bleeding index of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontic treatment has a good practical effect in the treatment of periodontitis patients.It can improve the periodontal function of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of application and promotion.
