利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病的效果研究

Effect of linagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探究初诊2型糖尿病患者应用利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法80例初诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者应用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合利格列汀治疗。对比两组患者血糖水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(6.5±0.7)mmol/L和餐后2 h血糖(8.6±1.7)mmol/L均低于对照组的(7.8±0.9)、(9.7±1.8)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率10.0%低于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病效果明显,可有效降低患者的血糖水平,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of linagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metfomin,and the observation group was treated with linagliptin on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(6.5±0.7)mmol/L and 2-h postprandial blood glucose(8.6±1.7)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than(7.8±0.9)and(9.7±1.8)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 10.0%of the observation group was lower than 27.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Linagliptin combined with metformin has obvious effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can effectively lower the blood glucose with high safety.
