摘要
目的研究麻子仁丸方联合生物反馈治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的临床效果。方法60例抗精神病药物所致便秘患者,随机分为对比组和治疗组,各30例。对比组患者采取麻子仁丸方,治疗组采取麻子仁丸方联合生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果对比组治疗总有效率为80.00%,治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%;治疗组治疗总有效率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组腹胀证候积分、便秘证候积分均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,治疗组躯体功能、机体活力、社会功能评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组大便性状恢复正常时间、排便次数恢复正常时间分别为(7.21±1.12)、(8.21±0.78)d,均短于对比组的(13.46±1.78)d和(15.56±2.77)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻子仁丸方联合生物反馈治疗抗精神病药物所致便秘的效果良好,可有效缓解便秘症状,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Maziren pill combined with biofeedback in the treatment of constipation caused by antipsychotics.Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation caused by antipsychotics were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Maziren pill,and the treatment group was treated with Maziren pill combined with biofeedback.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the control group was 80.00%,which was 96.67%of the treatment group;the total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal distension syndrome score and constipation syndrome score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the body function,body vitality and social function score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of stool character and recovery time of defecation frequency of the treatment group were(7.21±1.12)and(8.21±0.78)d,which were shorter than(13.46±1.78)d and(15.56±2.77)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maziren pill combined with biofeedback therapy has good effect on constipation caused by antipsychotics,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of constipation and improve the quality of life of patients.
