摘要
本实验研究纳入12只成年猕猴,使用Oxymap视网膜血氧仪(Oxymap,雷克雅未克,冰岛)对所有实验对象进行视网膜图像采集,并按分析手册要求测定视网膜血管管径;通过统计分析比较不同眼别、不同象限血管管径差异,计算相应管径差值、比值。结果显示,正常猕猴视网膜平均静脉管径(188.229±42.386)μm与平均动脉管径(158.375±28.317)μm差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左右眼各象限静脉管径之间比较、动脉管径之间比较差异均无统计学差异(P>0.05);平均动静脉管径差为(29.854±33.316)μm;平均动静脉管径比值为0.864±0.161。这提示正常猕猴视网膜动静脉管径大小情况与人类相似,动脉管径均较静脉管径细,进一步佐证了猕猴可能是研究人类视网膜血管的良好动物模型。
We collected retinal images of 12 adult rhesus monkeys using Oxymap retinal oximeter(Oxymap,Reykjavik,Iceland)and determined retinal vessel diameter according to the requirements of the analysis manual.Statistical analysis was conducted to compare the vascular diame-ters of different eyes and quadrants,and the corresponding diameters and ratios were calculated.The results showed that the mean retinal vein diameter(188.229±42.386)μm and the mean retinal artery diameter(158.375±28.317)μm of normal rhesus monkeys were significantly different(P<0.05).Diameters of the quadrants of the left and right eyes and the diameters of the arteries were similar(P>0.05).The mean arteriovenous diameter difference was(29.854±33.316)μm.The mean arteriovenous diameter ratio was 0.864±0.161.The retinal arteriovenous diameter of normal rhesus monkeys was similar to that of humans,and the artery diameter was smaller than that of the vein.This suggests that rhesus monkey may be good animal models for the study of human retinal vessels.
