黑天鹅嗜水气单胞菌与肠致病性大肠埃希菌混合感染的诊断

Diagnosis of the Death of Black Swan Caused by Mixed Infection of Aeromonas hydrophila and Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli

对北京麋鹿生态实验中心2只死亡的黑天鹅进行了临床分析、病理剖检及实验室检查,结果发现病变主要集中在心脏、肝脏和十二指肠,在肝脏等实质器官中分离到嗜水气单胞菌与肠致病性大肠埃希菌,在动物栖息环境的水体中也检测到致病菌存在,结合临床症状、流行病学分析、病理变化和病原检测结果等综合分析,确诊为嗜水气单胞菌与肠致病性大肠埃希菌混合感染。

We carried out clinical analysis,pathological anatomy,and laboratory examination for two dead black swans in Beijing Milu Ecological Research Center.The pathological changes were mainly located in the heart,liver and duodenum.Aeromonas hydrophila and enteropathogenic Escherichia coli were isolated from the liver and heart blood,and pathogenic bacteria were also detected in water bodies in the habitats of black swans.Combined with analysis of clinical symptoms,epidemiological analysis,pathological changes and pathogen detection results,the mixed infection of Aeromonas hydrophila and enteropathogenic E.coli was confirmed.
