摘要
采用ABC分类法划分产品类别,调整产品储位,储位调整后,引用C-W节约算法对仓库拣货路径进行分析。结果表明:经过产品ABC分类后筛选的29个A类产品,将其储位调整至出口处近端,其距离出口处总里程缩短89%;采用C-W算法比传统拣货路径减少了18%。
The paper used ABC classification to classify product categories and adjusted the storage location of products.After the storage adjusted,the current random picking path is improved by using the C-W saving algorithm.The results show that the storage location of 29 A-type products screened by ABC classification can be adjusted to the proximal end of the export,and the total distance from the export can be shortened 89%.The C-W algorithm saves 18%mileage compared with the original random picking path.
