新闻教育的理想与理想的新闻教育——成舍我新闻教育理论与实践

摘要 成舍我先生深知,要想使得报业改革走向成功,必然离不开适应时代发展需要的实用人才。为培养优秀人才,他积极思考和实践新闻教育,“德智兼修,手脑并用”是他心仪的新闻教育理想。为此,他积极创办“北平新闻专科学校”,其办学特色是:前坊后堂,学做结合,产学一体;分级设计,阶段培养,循序渐进;学用一体,按需培养,自产自销。作为成舍我先生用来践行新闻教育理想,进行理想新闻教育创新与实践的一块试验田,北平新闻专科学校取得了良好效果。 Mr.Cheng Shewo knew very well that the success of newspaper reform coulf not be achieved without practical talents who meet the needs of the times.In order to cultivate excellent talents,he actively thought and practiced journalism education,and he pursued the ideal of journalism education by cultivating professionals with full development of morality,wisdom,hands and mind.To this end,he actively set up Peking Journalism Academy to explore the ideal journalism education.Its school-running characteristics are combining workshop and school,unifying learning,practice and production,cultivating students through progressive education and meet their own employment needs.As an ideal experimental field of journalism education innovation and practice,Peking Journalism Academy has achieved good results.
