摘要
文章研究了考虑货物时间价值损失的船舶最优调度问题。首先构建了以含碳税成本的营运总成本最低和货物时间价值损失最小为目标的多目标优化模型,其次利用带有精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对模型进行了数值实验。数值实验结果表明:(a)文章建立的模型是可计算可应用的;(b)当碳税繁重时,船运企业为降低运营成本必须通过降低船速来控制碳税成本,同时为保证货物时间价值需投入更多运营船只;(c)在绿色航运的要求范围内,若遇到高价值损失货物则必须优先考虑货物时间价值损失,若是低价值损失货物则可优先考虑含碳税成本的总成本。文章的模型和算法可为航运公司在不同市场需求下的最优调度决策提供科学参考。
This paper studies the optimal ship scheduling problem considering the loss of time value of cargo.Firstly,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed,which aims at the lowest total operating cost with carbon tax cost and the least loss of goods time value.Secondly,the model is numerically tested by NSGA-Ⅱ.Numerical results show that:(1)The model is computationally applicable;(2)When the carbon tax is heavy,shipping companies have to control the cost of carbon taxes by reducing the speed of ships in order to reduce operating costs,while more ships are needed to ensure the time value of goods;(3)Within the requirements of green shipping,priority must be given to the loss of time value in the event of high-value loss of goods;in the case of low-value loss of goods,priority should be given to the total cost of carbon tax-containing costs.The model and algorithm can provide scientific reference for the optimal scheduling decision of shipping companies under different market requirements.
