摘要 氢能以环保、高效的特点被称为发展潜力巨大的能源载体,而加氢站作为支持氢能供应的重要基础设施,对新能源燃料汽车及氢能利用的发展具有不可比拟的作用。为了确保加氢站的安全运营,需要定期对新能源汽车加氢站进行安全风险评价。通过分析加氢站的安全风险影响因素,建立安全风险评价指标体系,并将故障树和改进灰色关联法应用于新能源燃料汽车加氢站的安全风险评价,根据应用实例分析,对今后加氢站建设和安全管理提出建议措施。 The hydrogen energy is known as an energy carrier with great development potential because of its environmental protection and high efficiency.As an important infrastructure supporting hydrogen energy supply,the hydrogen refueling station plays an incomparable role in the development of new energy fuel vehicles and the utilization of hydrogen energy.In order to ensure the safe operation of the hydrogen refueling station,it is necessary to regularly carry out the safety risk assessment on the hydrogen refueling station of new energy vehicles.The safety risk evaluation index system of the hydrogen refueling station is established by analyzing the influencing factors of safety risk of hydrogen refueling station,and the fault tree and the improved grey correlation method are applied into the safety risk evaluation of the hydrogen refueling station of new energy vehicles.According to the analysis of the application examples,the suggestions and measures are proposed for the construction and safety management of the future hydrogen refueling station.
