摘要
采用问卷调查法对浏阳地区乡村幼儿教师信息素养现状进行调查,发现乡村幼儿教师的信息素养存在信息意识薄弱、信息知识掌握度不高、信息能力不足等问题。为此,政府相关部门应加大资金投入,加强扶持力度,缩小城乡差距;师范院校和幼儿园应将信息素养培养内容纳入职前、职后培训课程;教师应有效利用互联网资源进行主动学习,提升自身的信息素养水平。
After investigating the current situation of rural preschool teachers’ information literacy by the questionnaire survey method,some problems surfeced such as their weak information awareness,poor information knowledge,insufficient information ability and so on.Therefore,the relevant government departments should make efforts in increasinge capital investment,strengthening support,and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas;normal universities and kindergartens should include information literacy training content into pre-service and post-service training courses;teachers should effectively use Internet resources for active learning to improve their information literacy level.
