在幼儿园日常教学中,教师让幼儿充当“老师的小帮手”,一方面有利于培养幼儿的自信心和主动帮助别人的良好习惯,发挥幼儿的榜样作用,另一方面有利于教师将主要精力放在教育教学活动中,也有助于班级管理效能的提升。在实施这一策略时,教师应注重幼儿的人身安全,保护幼儿的积极心态,以利于幼儿身心健康成长。
