摘要
在幼儿园日常教学中,教师让幼儿充当“老师的小帮手”,一方面有利于培养幼儿的自信心和主动帮助别人的良好习惯,发挥幼儿的榜样作用,另一方面有利于教师将主要精力放在教育教学活动中,也有助于班级管理效能的提升。在实施这一策略时,教师应注重幼儿的人身安全,保护幼儿的积极心态,以利于幼儿身心健康成长。
In the daily teaching of kindergarten,teachers let children act as“teacher's little helpers”.On the one hand,it helps to cultivate children's self-confidence,take the initiative to help others and play an exemplary role;On the other hand,it helps teachers to focus on teaching activities,and improve the efficiency of class management.When implementing this strategy,teachers should pay attention to the safety of children,and protect their positive mentality,so as to facilitate the growth of children's physical and mental health.
