农村教师获得感的现状与对策研究

摘要 农村教师是教育均衡发展和乡村振兴的重要力量和关键因素,而获得感是促进教师发展的动力源泉,获得感的提升有利于农村教师安心从教、扎根基层。调查发现,影响农村教师获得感的主要困境包括收入待遇低、身份认同低、归属感弱、受尊重感钝化、职业发展受阻等。为此,应提高待遇、提升教师的物质满足感,完善农村教师荣誉制度、增强教师身份认同感,畅通职业发展渠道、提高教师自我成就感,实现农村教师真正“下得去、留得住、教得好、走得远”,推进农村基础教育的发展,促进教育公平问题的解决。 Rural teachers are an important force and key factor in the balanced development of education and rural revitalization,and the sense of achievement is the power source to promote the development of teachers.The promotion of the sense of achievement is conducive to the peace of mind of rural teachers to teach and take root at the grass-roots level.According to the survey,it is found that the main dilemmas that affect rural teachers'sense of achievement include low income treatment,low identity,weak sense of belonging,the passivation of respect,hindrance of career development and so on.For this reason,we should improve the treatment,enhance the sense of material satisfaction of teachers,improve the honor system of rural teachers,enhance the sense of identity of teachers,smooth the channels of professional development,and improve teachers'sense of self-accomplishment.We should also help rural teachers to become the person who are willing to go to the remote area;who are willing to stay somewhere;who are qualified for teaching;who can develop further,and to promote the development of basic education in rural areas,and promote the solution of the problem of educational equity.
