摘要
采用文献资料、历史研究等方法梳理我国竞技后备人才培养的发展历程,其中体教结合阶段形成了体育部门单独培养运动员的格局,教体结合阶段出现教育部门领导体育部门指导学校组织实施的状况.研究认为:体教结合阶段学训矛盾未能得到有效解决,教体结合阶段教育系统培养的优秀运动员数量有限.提出竞技后备人才培养要树立全员体育理念下的全民参与的思想融合;确立青少年全面发展原则下以体育人的目标融合;构建包括体育师资队伍培养、体育课程体系建设、体育赛事体系设计等新举国体制的措施融合.
The development of the integration of sports reserve talents was summarized by the adoption of literature and historical research methods.The pattern of training athletes separately by sports departments has been formed in the phase of combination of sports and education.The situation that education departments lead sports departments to guide the implementation of school organization has emerged in the phase of combination of education and sports.The results showed that the contradiction between learning and training in the combined stage of physical education and education has not been effectively solved,and the number of outstanding athletes trained in the combined stage of physical education and education was limited.The training of reserve competitive talents should set up the ideological fusion of the participation of the whole people under the concept of full-fledged sports,establish the goal fusion of sports personnel under the principle of the comprehensive development of young people,and construct the measures fusion of the new national system including the training of sports teachers,the construction of sports curriculum system,and the design of sports events system.
