摘要
农产品地理标志不仅是农业知识产权的重要组成部分,同时对解决我国"三农"问题、促进乡村振兴也具有重要意义.河南省作为我国的农业大省,对中部地区农业经济发展模式极具参考性,推进农产品地理标志品牌化建设对地域农业经济发展具有强有力的推动作用,分析河南省农产品地理标志品牌化建设的积极因素和制约因素,提出农产品地理标志品牌化建设的实现路径,为我国中部地区农业经济崛起提供有效参考.
Geographical indications of agricultural products are not only an important part of agricultural intellectual property rights,but also have important significance for solving China’s"Three Rural"issues and promoting rural revitalization.Henan Province,as a major agricultural province in central China,has rich resources of geographical indications of agricultural products.Geographical indications of agricultural products play apowerful role in promoting regional agricultural economic development.An effective use of the brand effect of geographical indications of agricultural products to increase agriculture income and farmers’income is an important starting point to grasp the future development trend of agriculture.Analyzing the influencing factors of the branding construction of geographical indications of agricultural products in Henan Province,and proposing the realizing path of branding construction of geographical indications of agricultural products,provide an effective reference for the rise of agricultural economy in central China.
