基于高职扩招重点群体退役士兵教育教学改革探索

On the Education and Teaching Reform for Retired Soldiers in Higher Vocational Colleges

退役士兵是我们国家的宝贵财富,退役士兵的安置和再教育涉及到国防和军队现代化建设、党的执政根基、我国社会和谐稳定.党中央国务院决定今明两年高职业院校扩招两百万,退役士兵是扩招的重点群体之一.他们与普通高职院校大学生在学习内容、学习方式、学习时间安排上有很多的不同.针对扩招退役士兵的教育教学改革,结合退役士兵自身特性、知识水平以及社会需求,有效地组织教学,顺利完成退役士兵定制培养计划,是值得探索的一个重要问题.

Retired soldiers are the valuable treasure of our country,whose deposition and re-education is of great significance to modernization of the national defence and the armed forces,the Party’s governance base and China’s social harmony and stability.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have decided to increase enrollment by two millions in the two years,with retired soldiers as the main group.They are greatly different from the general higher vocational college students in studying content,studying method and studying time.As to the education and teaching reform for retired soldiers,we must effectively organize teaching and design cultivation program with the combination of their special character,knowledge level and social needs.
