本体法PVC树脂残留氯乙烯单体含量超标原因及调整措施

摘要 分析残留氯乙烯含量超标树脂的质量,深入讨论本体聚合过程,找到了本体法PVC树脂残留氯乙烯含量超标的原因,并有针对性地进行了工艺优化和配方调整,使本体法PVC树脂残留氯乙烯含量从2 000μg/g降至5μg/g以下,解决了制约本体法PVC树脂质量提升的关键问题。 Through the quality analysis of the bulk PVC resin with excess residual vinyl chloride content and in-depth discussion on the bulk polymerization process, the reasons for the excess residual vinyl chloride content in the bulk PVC resin were found out. Process optimization and formula adjustment were made to target the reduction in the residual vinyl chloride content of bulk PVC resin from 2 000 μg/g to blow 5 μg/g, thus the key problem restricting the quality improvement of bulk PVC resin was solved.
