高压水力机械掏穴工艺在突出矿井穿层钻孔中的研究及应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着矿井开采强度增大、井工深度的延伸,煤与瓦斯突出现象在我国煤矿矿井建设和煤炭开采中频繁发生,严重制约着煤矿安全生产,突出矿井的瓦斯区域治理技术也在经历多层次的发展研究试验。鹤壁矿区为单一可采煤层,整体构造形态为单斜,走向近南北,向东倾斜。其中二1煤为主采煤层(唯一可采煤层),其他煤层都不可采,矿区没有解放层可采,采取区域治理措施困难。矿区地质构造复杂,断层褶曲发育;井田深部断层更多,给矿井开采和瓦斯综合治理带来很大困难。经过多年的实践,鹤煤八矿在瓦斯区域治理方面逐步掌握了多种治理技术,取得了阶段性成绩;鹤煤八矿针对穿层钻孔瓦斯治理技术措施井下进行了现场探索与研究,通过在32集中巷多次进行技术方案论证、实践,并试验高压水力机械掏穴工艺,分析掌握了瓦斯涌出特征、有效影响半径、提高抽采纯量等多方面技术数据。 With the increase of mine mining intensity and the extension of mine depth,coal and gas outbursts frequently occur in our country′s coal mine construction and coal mining,which severely restricts the safety production of coal mines in our country.The gas area control technology of outburst mines is also experiencing more level of development research experiment.Hebi mining area is a single mineable coal seam with a monoclinal structure,which strikes near north-south and slopes eastward.Among them,theⅡ1 coal is the main coal seam(the only mineable coal seam),and the other coal seams are not mineable.There is no liberated layer in the mining area,so it is difficult to take regional control measures.In addition,the geological structure of the mining area is complex,and the faults are developed,especially in the deep part of the minefield,there are more faults,which brings great difficulties to mine mining and comprehensive gas management.After years of practice in gas regional management in Hebi No.8 Mine,it has gradually mastered a variety of treatment technologies and achieved phased results;this article mainly focuses on underground on-site exploration and research of gas treatment technical measures for cross-bed drilling in Hebi No.8 Mine.Through the demonstration and practice of many technical schemes in No.32 concentration roadway,the high-pressure hydraulic mechanical digging technology was tested,and the gas emission characteristics,effective radius of influence,and various technical data such as greatly improved extraction scalar were analyzed and mastered.
