斜巷穿过极复杂地质构造带综合施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 为了有效解决倾斜巷道穿过极复杂地质构造带危险性大、成本高、进度慢等问题,在分析工程实际面临的技术难题和应对措施基础上,通过优化设计断面,采用管棚预注浆加固前方岩体,管棚托顶后预留中心岩体环形扩刷掘进,并及时架设U型钢支护,确保揭露岩体稳定,同时采用喷浆与锚注联合支护增强后方岩体承载能力等技术手段,安全、高效、快速完成了大埋深巷道在复杂地质构造带的施工。十字布点法的位移观测结果表明,所施工巷道质量标准符合要求,达到了预期效果。 In order to deal with the problems of complex geological structure and high construction cost,the paper puts forward some effective measures,through optimizing the design section,the pipe shed pre grouting was used to reinforce the front rock mass,and the central rock mass was reserved after the pipe shed supports the roof,and the U-shaped steel support was set up in time to ensure the stability of the exposed rock mass,at the same time,the combined support of shotcreting and bolt grouting was adopted to enhance the bearing capacity of the rock mass behind,and the construction of large buried roadway in the complex geological structure zone was completed safely,efficiently and quickly.The displacement observation results of the cross point method showed that the quality standard of the constructed roadway met the requirements and achieved the expected effect.
