摘要
以朝阳市为例,结合污染物排放情况和水环境质量标准,对区域生态环境需水量采用定量模型进行简单估算,并准确评估了区域水资源承载力,初步探讨了水环境与水资源的统一管理,为实现水资源优化配置及水生态文明建设提供决策依据。
Taking Chaoyang City as an example,combined with the pollutant emission condition and water environment quality standard,in this paper,the quantitative model was used to estimate the regional ecological environment water requirement,and to asset accurately the regional water resources carrying capacity,the unified management of water environment and water resource was discussed preliminarily in order to provide decision-making basis as as to achieve optimal allocation of water resources and water ecological civilization construction.
