脑电双频指数监测对非停搏冠状动脉旁路移植术患者快速康复的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脑电双频指数(BIS)监测对非停搏冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCABG)患者快速康复的影响。方法以2017年1-8月在我院拟接受OPCABG的98例患者为观察对象,按照监测手段不同将98例患者分为对照组49例和BIS组49例。对照组采用常规OPCABG麻醉程序进行麻醉,BIS组根据BIS监测结果调整麻醉用药剂量,记录并对比两组患者舒芬太尼用量、丙泊酚用量、术后清醒时间、气管导管拔管时间以及术后住院时间。结果BIS组患者术中舒芬太尼、丙泊酚用量明显少于对照组(t=7.616、9.342,P<0.05);术后清醒时间、气管导管拔管时间及术后住院时间明显短于对照组(t=8.063、8.253、2.691,P<0.05)。结论术中应用BIS监测可缩短OPCABG患者的术后清醒时间及气管导管拔管时间,加快术后康复。 Objective\To investigate the effect of bispectral index(BIS)monitoring on rapid recovery of patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG).\Methods\A total of 98 patients who underwent elective OPCABG in our hospital from January to August 2017 were enrolled as subjects,and according to the monitoring method,they were divided into control group and BIS group,with 49 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional anesthesia for OPCABG,and those in the BIS group were given anesthesia at a dose adjusted based on the results of BIS monitoring.The two groups were compared in terms of the amounts of sufentanil and propofol used,time to postoperative awakening,tracheal extubation time,and length of postoperative hospital stay.\Results\Compared with the control group,the BIS group had significantly lower amounts of sufentanil and propofol used(t=7.616,9.342,P<0.05)and significantly shorter time to postoperative awakening,tracheal extubation time,and length of postoperative hospital stay(t=8.063,8.253,2.691,P<0.05).\ConclusionBIS monitoring during surgery can shorten the time to postoperative awakening and tracheal extubation time and accelerate posto-perative recovery in patients undergoing OPCABG.
