居家养老背景下的住宅适老化改造

Transformation of Housing Suitable for Aging Under Background of Home-Based Care

近年来,我国老年人口比例上升趋势明显,随着老龄化程度进一步加深,老年人养老问题日渐凸显。由于受传统观念和国情的影响,绝大多数老年人选择以居家养老模式为主。对城市住宅进行适老化改造的意义与价值在于既有利于实现对既有住宅的可持续利用,同时又能够极大地缓解人们对住房的需求,维护社会的安定与和谐,进一步完善我国的老年保障体系。因此,改善养老环境,加快住宅适老化改造步伐已迫在眉睫。在分析当前适老化改造原则的基础上,探讨具体的住宅适老化改造措施,主要包括:户型设计、家具设计以及智能化设计3个领域。

In recent years,the proportion of the elderly population in China has increased significantly.With the deepening of the aging degree,the problem of elderly pension has become increasingly prominent.Due to the influence of traditional concepts and national conditions,the vast majority of the elderly choose home-based care.The significance and value of the aging transformation of urban housing is that it is not only conducive to the sustainable use of existing housing,but also can greatly alleviate people’s demand for housing,maintain social stability and harmony,and further improve China’s elderly security system.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the environment for the aged and speed up the pace of housing transformation suitable for aging.Based on the analysis of the current principles of aging adaptation,this paper discusses the specific measures for the aging transformation of residential buildings,mainly including three areas:house type design,furniture design and intelligent design.
