摘要
“双师型”是高职教育教师队伍建设的重点,为此高职院校英语教师需尽快转型为“双师型”教师并形成EOP教学团队,以推行EOP英语教学模式和高职英语教学改革。通过分析EOP教学理念的特点、“双师型”教师的认定标准以及英语教师转型的困境,着重讨论高职“双师型”EOP教学团队的培育和建设途径。
“Double qualification”is the key to the construction of higher vocational education teachers.Therefore,English teachers in higher vocational colleges need to transform themselves into“dual-qualified”teachers and form EOP teaching team as soon as possible,so as to carry out EOP English teaching mode and English teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.Through the analysis of the characteristics of EOP teaching concept,the criteria for the identification of“dual-qualified”teachers and the difficulties in the transformation of English teachers,this paper focuses on the cultivation and construction of“dual-qualified”EOP teaching team in higher vocational colleges.
