Leading by the Civil Code to Promote the Construction of Ecological Civilization

民法典以习近平生态文明思想为指引,积极贯彻落实绿色发展理念,从法律的层面对生态文明建设和绿色发展作出规定,对推进我国生态文明建设、引领世界民法新潮流具有深远意义和里程碑价值。通过梳理民法典中关于生态文明与绿色发展的主要内容,分析民法典对我国生态文明建设的意义,提出了以民法典引领我国生态文明建设的路径。

The Civil Code,guided by Xi Jinping′s thoughts on ecological civilization,actively implements the concept of green development,and stipulates the construction of ecological civilization and green development from the legal level,which will have far-reaching significance and milestone value for promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China and leading the new trend of civil law in the world.By studying the contents related to ecological civilization and green development in Civil Code,this paper analyzes the significance of Civil Code in promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China,and puts forward the path of leading the construction of ecological civilization in China with Civil Code.
