摘要
以节能环保空调压缩机为应用对象,构建了完整的空调压缩机网络化协同整体架构,并通过具体的案例对设计与制造网络化协同模式的应用效果进行了验证。提出的设计与制造网络化协同模式主要包括智能工厂建设,设计与制造数据互联互通,设计与制造网络协同的应用模式三个层级,对设计与制造网络化协同的软硬件能力建设,顶层具体应用形式均进行了详细的说明。同时,文中提出的架构对于其他工业领域均有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper takes environmental-friendly air-conditioning compressors as the application object.Through the study of a complete network-based collaborative application model of air-conditioning compressor design and manufacturing,a complete air-conditioning compressor network-based collaborative overall architecture is constructed.The design and manufacturing network collaboration mode proposed in this article mainly includes three levels of smart factory construction,design and manufacturing data interconnection and interoperability,and the application mode of design and manufacturing network collaboration.
