社会扩招生经管类专业ERP模拟企业经营实训研究——以宿州职业技术学院为例

Research on ERP Simulated Business Practical Training for Enlarged Enrollment College Students Majoring in Business Administration:Taking Suzhou Vocational and Technical College for Example

通过对学生的调查访问,分析社会扩招生源状况,总结社会扩招生在学习上具备的优势和劣势,在此基础上,有针对性地给出社会扩招生经管类专业ERP模拟企业经营实训的具体应对策略,即组建跨专业跨学科的教学团队;合理分组,有针对性地开展教学;运用现代社交软件,组建学习交流平台;统筹安排时间,加强模拟演练等。

Through survey interviews with students,this paper analyzes the source of social expansion and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of social expansion in learning,and On this basis,it puts forward specific coping strategies for ERP simulation of business operation training of social expansion and enrollment management major,namely,set up a cross-disciplinary teaching team;rational grouping,targeted teaching;use modern social software to build a learning and communication platform;arrange the time as a whole,strengthen the simulation exercise,etc.
