朱德对政治建军的探索与实践——以赣南整军前后为中心

Zhu De's Exploration and Practice of Political Building of the Army--Centering on the Period before and after the Army Rectification in the Southern Jiangxi

南昌起义部队南下广东失利后,朱德率领起义军余部艰苦转战,开始了政治建军的探索与实践。通过茂芝会议,朱德勇敢承担起保存南昌起义革命种子的重担,强调要对全军做艰苦的思想政治工作,并做出了“隐蔽北上,穿山西进,直奔湘南”的战略决策。其后,在极为艰苦的环境条件下,朱德对部队进行了前后历时一个多月的赣南整军,分别从精简部队、加强思想教育、整顿党团组织、实行民主制度、强化军事训练等方面开展了一系列富有成效的探索和实践,着力加强党对军队的绝对领导,增强部队的凝聚力,提高部队的战斗力,从而为处于初创时期的人民军队解决政治建军难题积累了宝贵的经验。

after the defeat of Nanchang uprising troops in the way to Guangdong,Zhu De led the remaining parts of the rebel army to fight hard and began the exploration and practice of political building of the army.Through the Maozhi Conference,Zhu De bravely shouldered the burden of preserving seeds of the Nanchang uprising,stressed the need to do arduous ideological and political work for the whole army,and made the strategic decision of"going north secretly,going through the mountains to the west,heading straight for Southern Hunan".Later,under the condition of extremely hard environment,Zhu De rectified his forces for more than one month,respectively from streamlining the forces,strengthening ideological education,rectifying the Party and league organization,carrying out democratic system and strengthening military training.He carried out a series of effective exploration and practice,focusing on strengthening the Party's absolute leadership over the military,increasing the cohesion of forces,and improving the forces fighting capacity.In this way he accumulated valuable experience for the army to solve the problems of political building the army in the initial stage of the army building.
