径向切割技术在海上气田修井作业中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 在油气田钻井过程中,卡钻问题时有发生,严重影响着石油工业效率和成本。一般作业者会采用一些标准操作程序来尝试解卡:上下活动钻具;旋转钻具;在卡钻位置泡不同性能泥浆,使用震击器震击解卡等。通用解决办法不起作用时,切割则成为最后手段。在油气田生产后期的修井动管柱作业中,若油管无法正常拔出,同样需要用到切割。为保证切割成功,预估钻具自由点和选择切割方式至关重要。在分析常用切割方式优缺点的基础上,介绍了径向切割炬的工艺原理、切割工艺流程及其优缺点等,并在南海某气田进行现场应用,取得较好的效果,为海上气田修井作业提供参考。 In the process of drilling in oil and gas fields,sticking often occurs,which seriously affects the efficiency and cost of the oil industry.Operators usually use some standard operating procedures to try to remove the sticking(such as:moving the drilling tool up and down;trying to rotate the drilling tool;soaking mud with different properties in the stuck position;using jar to shake the stuck pipe,etc.).Once the general solutions fail to work,cutting becomes the last resort.In addition,in the operation of workover string in the later stage of oil and gas production,if the tubing cannot be pulled out normally,it also needs to be cut.In order to ensure the success of cut⁃ting,it is very important to estimate the free point of drilling tool and select the cutting method.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of common cutting methods,this paper mainly introduces the process principle,cutting process flow and advantages and disadvantages of radial cutting torch.RCT was applied in a gas field in South China Sea and good results were achieved,which pro⁃vides reference for offshore gas field workover operation.
