新冠肺炎疫情下襄阳市食品安全与食品消费现状

摘要 食品安全是健康生活的基本保障,疫情的发生给襄阳市食品安全带来巨大威胁,对襄阳市的食品消费造成重创。以襄阳市区及以南漳县和宜城市为主的周边县市为调查对象,通过问卷的形式搜集新冠肺炎疫情下襄阳市食品安全与食品消费现状基本信息,继而进行描述性数据分析。研究表明:①在食品种类方面,疫情后襄阳市民对肉类食品的安全尤为重视;②在食品消费方面,疫情期间因居民收入减少,商户暂停营业等原因,食品消费大幅减少;③在消费场所方面,疫情后居民食品消费的主要场所由疫情前的农贸市场与食品专卖店转变为超市。
