摘要
通过分析比较国内外相关内衬复合钢管标准对选材及紧密度方面的具体规定,指出了目前标准执行过程中存在的歧义和问题;同时结合文献资料论证并通过计算及试验,对目前行业技术文件中内衬复合钢管,特别是L245+316L选材和结合力指标的不合理性进行了分析。建议对于内衬材料为不锈钢316L、镍基合金N08825或N06625的复合钢管,基管材料一般选择为API 5L或GB/T9711 L360钢级以上。对于内衬材料为不锈钢2205或更高屈服强度的复合钢管,如果对紧密度有要求,则基管的选择建议在X80 (L550)钢级以上。
Through the analysis and comparison of the domestic and foreign standards on the selection of materials and the tightness of the lined composited steel pipe,the ambiguity and problems in the implementation of the current standards are pointed out.At the same time,the irrationality of the material selection and the binding force index of the lined composite steel pipe,especially L245+316L,in the current technical documents of the industry is analyzed through the calculation and test.It is recommended that the inner lining material of nickel base alloy N08825 or N06625 composite steel pipe is stainless steel 316L,the outer base material is generally selected as API 5L or GB/T 9711 L360 or above.For composite steel tubes lined with stainless steel 2205 or higher yield strength,if tightness is required,the choice of base pipe is recommended to be above X80(L550)steel grade.
