在役管线大修自动除锈设备的设计与实现

摘要 为了解决在役管线进行防腐层大修除锈时暴露出的效率低、危险大、强度高、经济性差的问题,按照现场施工需求,结合在役管线大修的特殊工况,利用机械学和控制学设计了一套管道自动除锈设备,并对该设备进行了运行试验。结果表明,该设备完全能够在油气管线正常运行不停输的苛刻条件下进行安全、高效地除锈作业,且相比于人工除锈方式效率高、劳动强度小、除锈质量稳定。同时指出,该设备适用于平缓或浅丘地带的连续性大修作业,不适合小修小补的离散作业模式,且施工管道坡度不能大于15°。 In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high risk,high strength and poor economy during the maintenance and derusting of in-service pipelines,a set of automatic pipeline rust removal equipment was designed by using mechanics and control science according to the field construction requirements and combined with the special working conditions of pipeline in-service maintenance.The results show that the equipment can carry out safe and efficient derusting operation under the harsh conditions of normal operation of oil and gas pipelines and non-stop transportation.Compared with manual rust removal,the equipment has higher efficiency,less labor intensity and stable rust removal quality.At the same time,it is pointed out that the equipment is suitable for continuous maintenance operation in flat or shallow hilly area,and it is not suitable for the discrete operation mode of minor repair,and the slope of construction pipeline should not be greater than 15°.
