机械化采胶是天然橡胶产业的迫切需求,本文提出采胶机械的农机农艺融合发展思路,阐述天然橡胶收获机械与农艺融合的必要性,总结了天然橡胶收获环节对农机农艺的需求,包括橡胶树的结构特征与生长形态、橡胶树的采胶技术等,分析了已研发的典型采胶机械在农机农艺融合方面存在的问题,提出通过制订行业标准、开展技能培训、建立示范基地与反馈信息收集等方式加强农机农艺融合的应用对策与建议,为进一步探索采胶机械农机农艺融合技术提供思路和基础。

Rubber latex tapping mechanization has become an urgent need in natural rubber industry.The developing thought of agricultural machinery and agronomy integration in rubber tapping was put forward in this paper.It gives a detailed description on how it works in this process and analysis the existed problems in the typically manufactured products.Some suggestions including formulating industry standards,skill training,establishing demonstration bases and feedback collection,etc.were presented.This would then provide some information and foundation for further exploring the technology of rubber machinery and agronomy integration.
