中国农业嘉年华的农业科技推广模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 运用实地调研、卷宗分析等方法,参考了国内外农业科技推广模式及其优势和劣势,提出了以推广理念、推广方法、推广内容、推广主体、推广客体5部分重构农业科技推广模式,以广西玉林农业嘉年华、河北南和农业嘉年华、四川眉山农业嘉年华3个具有地域性代表及行业代表的农业嘉年华进行实例分析,探索新的农业科技推广模式。结果表明,农业嘉年华不仅在推广理念、推广方法、推广内容、推广主体上均有一定的创新和突破,在实际中具有较好的反馈,同时在一定程度上解决了国内在传统农业科技推广上出现的如成本高、效率低、时效性弱、受众狭隘、可持续性差等诸多问题,农业嘉年华的出现为中国农业推广的发展提供了新思路和新方法。 The major research methods adopted in this paper are field survey and file analysis, and models of agricultural science and technology extension along with their strengths and weaknesses at home and abroad are taken as a reference, thus, this paper puts forward a new model to reconstruct agricultural science and technology extension in concept, method, content, subject and object. Taking three cases of Guangxi Yulin Agricultural Carnival, Hebei Nanhe Agricultural Carnival, Sichuan Meishan Agricultural Carnival as the research subjects, which represent the region and the industry, the findings suggest that the Agricultural Carnival not only proves to be a breakthrough of the extension in concept, methods, content and the subject,but also receives a good response in practice. At the same time, the Agricultural Carnival helps solve problems,to a certain extent, in traditional agricultural science and technology extension in China, such as high cost, low efficiency, decreased timeliness, narrow audience, and poor sustainability. The emergence of agricultural carnival provides new ideas and new methods for the development of agricultural extension in China.
