温湿度对棉花种子萌发过程中生理生化反应影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索温度和湿度对棉花种子萌发过程中生理生化反应的影响,在不同的温度(10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃)和湿度(20%、40%、60%、80%、100%)条件下进行种子发芽试验,在发芽的第1天、第4天、第7天,分别测量发芽种子的发芽率、丙二醛(MDA)浓度、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、生长素(IAA)浓度。结果表明,棉花种子发芽率随温度的上升呈先上升后下降的趋势,峰值出现在25℃;棉花种子发芽率随湿度的上升而下降。在不同温度和湿度条件下,MDA浓度和IAA浓度的变化与发芽率的变化趋势相同,POD活性的变化受到种子内部生理生化反应的综合影响。研究表明,棉花种子发芽的最适温度为25.0~25.5℃,最适湿度在40%左右,温湿度通过影响棉花种子的生理生化过程进而影响种子的萌发。 In order to investigate the effects of temperature and humidity on physiological and biochemical indicators during the germination of cotton seeds,seed germination experiments were conducted under different temperature(10℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃and 40℃)and different humidity(20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%)conditions.On the 1 st,4 th,and 7 th day of seed germination under different conditions,the germination rate,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,peroxidase(POD)activity and indoleacetic acid(IAA)content were measured respectively.The results showed that the germination rate of cotton seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature,and the maximum value appeared at 25℃,while the germination rate of cotton seed decreased with the increase of humidity.Also,under different temperature and humidity conditions,the changes of MDA and IAA contents were the same as the changes of germination rate,and the changes of POD activity were comprehensively affected by the physiological and biochemical reactions inside seeds.Meanwhile,the study showed that the optimum temperature for cotton seed germination was 25.0 to 25.5℃,and the optimum humidity was about 40%.Finally,the temperature and humidity affected the physiological and biochemical process of cotton seed,and then further affected the germination of cotton seeds.
