“三全育人”视域下高职院校导师制评价体系的构建 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校实行“三全育人”导师制,是贯彻落实立德树人根本任务、推进“三全育人”实施、促进学生成长成才的时代要求。高职院校在实施导师制工作中,普通存在职责不明确、评价体系不健全等问题,影响导师制的实际效果。高职院校应按导向性、全面性、可操作性原则,从思想品德、综合能力、指导过程、指导结果等方面构建导师考核评价一、二级指标,并优化组织实施、评定等级、结果运用等程序,为“三全育人”导师制的实施提供制度保障。 The implementation of the tutorial system of three-aspect education in higher vocational colleges is the requirement of the times to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,promote the implementation of three-aspect education,and improve the growth and development of students.In the implementation of tutorial system in higher vocational colleges,there are common problems such as unclear responsibilities and imperfect evaluation system,which affect the actual effect of tutorial system.According to the principles of guidance,comprehensiveness and operability,higher vocational colleges should construct the first and second level indicators of tutor assessment and evaluation from the aspects of ideological and moral character,comprehensive ability,guidance process and guidance results,and optimize the procedures of organization and implementation,evaluation grade and application of results,so as to provide system guarantee for the implementation of tutorial system of three-aspect education.
