乡村振兴战略背景下加强乡土人才队伍建设探析——以竹山县为例

Strengthening the Construction of Local Talent Team in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy:Taking Zhushan County as an Example

乡土人才是实施乡村振兴战略的第一要素。竹山县在加强乡土人才队伍建设方面坚持创新思维、实事求是,积累了一定的现实经验。但因城镇化快速发展、思想意识传统守旧、农业现代化水平较低等因素的影响,乡土人才呈现数量不足、质量较低、结构不合理等问题。加强乡土人才队伍建设,必须与时俱进,牢固树立“人才强农”意识;筑巢引凤,积极优化乡村电商环境;建章立制,不断完善人才服务机制。

Local talents are the first element in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Zhushan County has accumulated some practical experience in strengthening the construction of local talent team by adhering to innovative thinking and seeking truth from facts.Nevertheless,due to the influence of urbanization,ideology and agricultural modernization,the number of local talents is small,the quality is low and the structure is unreasonable.To strengthen the construction of local talent team,there is need to keep pace with the times,firmly establish the consciousness of"agriculture depends on talents",build nests to attract Phoenix,actively optimize the rural e-commerce environment,establish regulations and systems and constantly improve the talent service mechanism.
