设计了一种切割片棘轮收绳装置,该装置属于静电吸附式手自一体多功能包装机的一部分,是利用废旧切割片改装的双向棘轮机构,该机构采用的主动棘爪配合止回棘爪动作时,带动棘轮转动,通过棘爪和凸轮带动弹簧中的钢丝绳,达到压缩弹簧蓄能和释放弹簧的目的,进而实现商品在包装机包装完成后丝杠工作台和包装完毕的商品及时向上移动回程归位,为下一轮包装做准备。通过实物验证,该装置结构安全可靠,可有效提高整套设备的自动化水平和工作效率。

A ratchet rope taking device for cutting blade is designed.The device is a part of the electrostatic adsorption hand self integrated multifunctional packaging machine.It uses the bidirectional ratchet mechanism modified from waste cutting pieces.When the active pawl is matched with the check pawl,it drives the ratchet to rotate,the steel wire rope in the spring is driven by the pawl and came to compress the spring energy storage and release the spring to realize the timely upward movement of the lead screw table and the packaged goods after the packaging machine is completed so as to prepare for the next round of packaging.Through physical verification,this device structure is proved to be safe and reliable and effectively improves the automation level of the whole set of equipment and work efficiency.
