菏泽市特殊教育师资队伍建设的现状调查与策略

摘要 采用问卷法调查了山东省菏泽市9所公办特殊教育学校242名特殊教育教师的发展现状。研究发现,菏泽市特殊教育教师性别比例失衡,年龄比例基本合理;教师的学历层次以本科为主,非特殊教育专业毕业的教师过半;教师的思想认识较为积极向上,知识与能力素质处于中等水平,科研意识较强但科研水平有待提高;教师接受的职后培训机会较多,但培训内容偏重于特教理论方面,缺乏针对性和实用性。据此建议健全特殊教育组织保障机制,政府下放教师招聘组织权限,增强培训的针对性与专业性。 A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current development situation of 242 special education teachers in 9 public special education schools in Heze,Shandong province.The results show that,for the special education teachers in Heze,their gender ratiois unbalanced,while the age ratio is basically reasonable;the educational level is mainly undergraduate,and more than half of the teachers graduate from non-special education majors;their ideological quality is relatively positive,knowledge and ability quality is in the middle level,the scientific research consciousness is strong,while the scientific research level needs to be improved;there are many opportunities for teachers to receive after-service training,but the training focuses on the theory of special education and lacks pertinence and practicability.The suggestions are as follows:improve the guarantee mechanism of special education organizations,decentralize the authority of teacher recruitment organizations by the government,and enhance the pertinence and professionalism of training.
