摘要
设计基于眼动追踪技术的智力障碍青少年注意品质测试,用于辅助诊断、评估和治疗智力障碍青少年的注意缺失。应用该测试对轻度(n=28)、中度(n=30)、重度(n=28)智力障碍青少年进行测试发现,不同智力等级智力障碍青少年的注意指标具有显著性差异,且测试的重测相关系数在0.819—0.955之间(p<0.01)。研究结果表明,随着障碍程度的加重,智力障碍青少年的注意力容易分散,注意稳定性差,无目的性注意增多;注视范围相对较窄;注意转移速度慢,容易被无关目标干扰而分散注意力;难以将注意同时分配至两个目标对象。
The attention quality test for adolescents with intellectual disabilities based on eye tracking technology is designed to assist the diagnosis,assessment and treatment of attention deficitof these adolescents.The test paradigmused to test adolescents with mild intellectual disabilities(n=28),moderate intellectual disabilities(n=30),and severe intellectual disabilities(n=28)finds that there are significant differences in the attention indexes of adolescents with intellectual disabilities of different intelligence levels,and the correlation coefficient of retaking tests is between 0.819-0.955(P<0.01).The results show that with the aggravation of the degree of disorder,the attention of adolescents with intellectual disabilities is easy to be distracted,the stability is poor,and the attention without purpose increases;the range of gaze is relatively narrow;attention transfer speed is slow,easy to be distracted by irrelevant target;it is difficult to assign attention to both target objects simultaneously.
