燃煤电厂燃烧调整试验关键技术研究与工程应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对某电厂1000 MW燃煤电厂2号锅炉开展了精细燃烧优化调整试验研究,主要开展了热态下一次风调平、变燃尽风开度、变燃尽风摆角、变氧量等现场调整试验研究,主要目的是研究不同负荷下锅炉效率和脱硝入口NOx浓度变化的规律,找出不同负荷下较好的运行方式,实现锅炉效率和NOx浓度同时兼顾。研究结果表明:1000 MW负荷工况时建议运行在60%以上开度,750 MW负荷工况时建议运行在40%以上开度;燃尽风摆角向上时,排烟温度有升高趋势,NOx生成量明显减少;1000 MW负荷建议维持现状在2.5%氧量下运行,750 MW负荷建议在2.5%氧量下运行,500 MW负荷建议在3%氧量下运行。 Investigations and applications of the combustion adjustment of supercritical unit coal-fired boiler are conducted in this paper. The experimental test is summarized as follows: the primary air adjustment, the change of the value of burnout air, the angle of the burnout air, and the changing of the O2 concentration. These experimental tests are conducted in order to give increase the boiler efficiency and reduce of NOx concentration at the outlet of boiler. The main results are summarized as follows: the value of burnout air is 60 percent at 1000 MW, and the value of burnout air is 40 percent at 750 MW. When the angle of the burnout air is up, the temperature at the outlet of air preheater is increasing, and the NOx concentration is decreasing. The O2 concentration is 2.5% at 1000 MW load, 2.5% at 750 MW load, 3% at 500 MW load.
