摘要
中国对非洲有组织的研究始于1949年中华人民共和国成立之后。历经70年的艰难跋涉和三代学人的辛勤耕耘,中国的非洲研究经历了从无到有、由弱渐强的发展历程,目前在科研队伍和人员素质、学科建设与科研教学、基础理论研究和应用对策研究,以及科研成果数量和质量等方面均取得长足进展,并保持勃勃向上的发展势头。但是,中国的非洲研究之路并非坦途,较之起步较早的欧洲国家,在诸多方面尚存有差距;在中国的国际问题研究特别是区域研究中,非洲研究长期处于边缘化地位,只是近些年来这种境遇方得到部分改观,但是其现状亦非尽如人意。如何使中国的非洲研究既符合学术发展规律又适应形势发展需求,无疑是值得学界深思的问题。无论情况如何变化,中国的非洲研究必须要以研究非洲本身的问题为根本。中国非洲研究的前途在于深耕基础理论研究,如果基础理论研究“立不住”,那么应用对策研究难能“用得上”。
The African studies in China began after the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949.With the arduous work of three generations of scholars in 70 years,China’s African studies started from scratch and obtained great achievements.At present,great progress has been made in terms of scientific research team and personnel quality,discipline construction,scientific research and teaching,basic theoretical research and applied countermeasures research,as well as in the quantity and quality of scientific research in this area.However,compared with the European countries who started earlier the African studies,China still lags behind in many aspects.In China’s international studies,especially“regional studies”,African studies have also been marginalized for a long time.Although this situation has been partially improved in the past 10 years,it is not satisfactory.How to make African studies conform to both the laws of academic development and the needs of the development of the situation is undoubtedly a question worth pondering by the academic community.However,no matter how the situation changes,African studies must be based on the study of Africa’s own problems.The future of China’s African studies should rely upon solid basic theoretical research,without that,the applied countermeasures research wouldn’t be useful.
