摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)(以下简称新冠肺炎)是2019-2020年出现的一种传染病,其传染性强、临床表现多形、变化多样[1]。我国倾举国之力防控至今,疫情逐渐好转。中医在疫病的防治中早有建树,《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》《温疫论》等论著就是前人留下的宝贵经验。笔者首次运用“透窍法”分析此疫,阐明此法在疾病各期的病机及具体运用,希望有助于临床。
Corona Virus disease 2019 is a infectious disease,with highly contagious,clinically diverse.So far,with preventing and controlling,the disease has gradually ameliorated.TCM has made great achievements in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases.The treatises such as Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》)and Wenyi Lun(《温疫论》)show valuable experiences.The author firstly analyzed the Touqiao therapy(透窍法)to clarify the pathogenesis and specific application.
