摘要
目的:建立同时测定维生素E中含量和有关物质的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)。色谱柱:Agilent C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),检测器:紫外检测器,流动相为甲醇∶水=96∶4,检测波长284 nm,柱温40℃,流速1 mL/min。结果:该方法各组分线性关系良好,方法精密度高,定量限为0.081~0.162μg/mL,检测限为0.010~0.081μg/mL,回收率为94.0%~102.3%。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏、专属性强,可用于同时测定维生素E中含量和有关物质。
Objective:To establish a method for determining the content and related substances of Vitamin E by HPLC.Methods:A HPLC mothod was applied.The HPLC system consisted of Agilent C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),DAD detector at 284 nm under the conditions of column temperature 40℃and flow rate 1.0 mL/min.Results:The correlation coefficients were good and the method suggested the high degree of precision.Limit of quantitative ranged from 0.081 to 0.162μg/mL,limit of detection ranged from 0.010 to 0.081μg/mL,and the sample recovery was between 94.0%and 102.3%.Conclusion:The method was simple,accurate,sensitive and specific,suitable for determining the content and related substances of vitamin E.
