艾灸盒温灸治疗肾虚型腰痛临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbago of the Shenxu type by moxibustion box

目的:探讨艾灸盒温灸治疗肾虚型腰痛患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年3-11月本科收治的肾虚型腰痛患者62例,按照简单数字表法随机分成对照组(31例)和观察组(31例)。对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组患者在予以常规治疗的基础上联合艾灸盒温灸治疗。治疗3周后,分别比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛改善程度以及生活质量。结果:观察组总治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)明显低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量综合评定问卷(General Quality Of Life Inventory,GQLI)、卡氏功能状态评分(Karnofsky,KPS)均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对肾虚型腰痛患者采用艾灸盒温灸治疗能够有效缓解腰痛情况,改善腰部活动功能,取得显著的临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of moxibustion box warming moxibustion on lumbago of the Shenxu type(肾虚型).Methods:62 patients were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases)and observation group(31 cases).The observation group was treated by moxibustion box warming moxibustion with conventional treatment.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the JOA scores were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of GQLI and Karnofsky in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion box warming moxibustion can effectively relieve back pain,improve the function of waist activity,and achieve significant clinical effects,which is worth popularizing widely.
