改进后督灸治疗阳虚质亚健康的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the improved Du moxibustion on sub-health of the Yangxu constitution

目的:观察改进后的督灸对阳虚质亚健康者的临床疗效。方法:选择阳虚质亚健康患者共80例(2018年6月-2019年1月)为研究对象,以2018年9月为时间截点,分别选取40例为对照组和观察组,观察组采用改进后的督灸疗法,对照组采用传统艾灸箱疗法,连续1个疗程。治疗结束后比较两组疗效,并评估阳虚质和亚健康状态恢复情况,并比较生活质量、睡眠质量。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组阳虚质转化分、健康评分均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组;睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改进后的督灸可有效提高阳虚质亚健康者的临床疗效,改善患者生活质量和睡眠质量,综合疗效较佳。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the improved Du moxibustion(督灸)on Sub-health of the Yangxu constitution(阳虚质).Methods:80 cases were divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each.The control group was treated by traditional moxibustion box therapy,and the treatment group was treated by the improved Du moxibustion for one course.After treatment,efficiency,quality of life and sleep quality in the two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The Yangxu constitution conversion score and health score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the sleep quality score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved Du moxibustion on sub-health of the Yangxu constitution shows good effects,can improve the quality of life and sleep quality.
