摘要
本文介绍了苏秀海主任医师诊治临床期糖尿病肾病的临床经验。苏秀海主任医师从医近40年,擅长诊治糖尿病及其急慢性并发症。临床期糖尿病肾病归为中医“尿浊、水肿”范畴,苏秀海主任医师认为糖尿病肾病的病位在脾肾,临床期肾病的病机主要为脾肾亏虚固摄失权,痰湿、瘀血、热毒损伤肾络,临证创立健脾固肾化瘀方,根据虚实情况,同时配合艾灸温肾化气,提倡益气涩精、活血化瘀,佐以清热、化痰、通络。
The clinical experience of Chief Physician Su Xiuhai in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diabetic nephropathy was introduced.Dr.Su Xiuhai has been a doctor for nearly 40 years and is good at diagnosing and treating diabetes mellitus and its acute and chronic complications.Clinical stage of diabetic nephropathy is classified as Niaozhuo(尿浊)and Shuizhong(水肿)in TCM.Dr.Su Xiuhai believes that the location of diabetic nephropathy is in Pi(脾)and Shen(肾).The pathogenesis of clinical stage of diabetic nephropathy is Pishen Kuixu(脾肾亏虚),Tanshi(痰湿),Yuxue(瘀血),Redu Shangluo(热毒伤络).According to the TCM syndrome type,the Jianpi Gushen Huayu prescription(健脾固肾化瘀方)was founded;combined with moxibustion,the purposes of Wenshen Huaqi(温肾化气),Yiqi Sejing(益气涩精),Huoxue Huayu(活血化瘀),Qingre Huatan Tongluo(清热、化痰、通络)were promoted.
