自拟安神散熨脐疗法联合奥氮平治疗阿尔茨海默病精神行为障碍的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating mental behavior disorder in patients with Alzheimer disease by umbilical therapy with Anshen San plus olanzapine

目的:探讨自拟安神散熨脐疗法联合奥氮平治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)精神行为障碍的临床观察。方法:按照治疗方式不同将本院2018年10月-2019年8月期间收治的阿尔茨海默病患者200例分为研究组和对照组,每组100例,研究组接受自拟安神散熨脐疗法联合奥氮平治疗,对照组接受奥氮平治疗。通过回顾性分析,比较两组的治疗疗效,治疗前、治疗后的神经精神科问卷(Neuropsychiatric Inventory,NPI)、简易智力状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)评分及维生素B12(VitB12)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocy Steine,Hcy)、血清尿酸(Uric Acid,UA)指标。结果:研究组总疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗0周时组间NPI、MMSE差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2、4、8、12周时,研究组NPI评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前组间VitB12、Hcy、UA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组VitB12高于对照组,Hcy、UA低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床可在奥氮平给药基础上再给予自拟安神散熨脐疗法联合治疗阿尔茨海默病,患者精神行为障碍症状改善更为明显,疗效更高。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of umbilical therapy with Anshen San(安神散)plus olanzapine on mental behavior disorder in patients with Alzheimer disease.Methods:200 patients were divided into the study group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given olanzapine,and the study group was given umbilical therapy with Anshen San more.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 0 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NPI and MMSE between the groups(P>0.05).At 2,4,8,and 12 weeks of treatment,the NPI score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the MMSE score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VitB12 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while Hcy and UA were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Umbilical therapy with Anshen San plus olanzapine on mental behavior disorder in patients with Alzheimer disease shows good effects.
