特定电磁波谱联合刺络拔罐法治疗网球肘的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating tennis elbow by TDP plus acupuncture-cupping therapy

目的:观察特定电磁波谱(TDP)联合刺络拔罐法治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年9月-2018年8月76例在我院门诊就诊的网球肘患者,随机均分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组先采用针刺配合TDP治疗后,再至阿是穴处施以刺络拔罐法,4天治疗一次,5次为一个疗程;对照组取穴、疗程均与治疗组相同,采用常规针刺疗法。观察患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、疗效以及Mayo肘关节功能评分等指标。结果:治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Mayo评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TDP联合刺络拔罐法提高针刺治疗网球肘的临床效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TDP plus acupuncture-cupping therapy on tennis elbow.Methods:76 cases in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus TDP,and acupuncture-cupping therapy at Ashi point(阿是穴),once in 4 days,5 times as a course of treatment.The control group was treated by the same points and course of treatment as the treatment group,and conventional acupuncture was applied.Results:The VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Mayo scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TDP with acupuncture-cupping therapy on tennis elbow could improve the c linical effects.
