针刺下颈夹脊穴配合弹拨极泉穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by acupuncture at the Jiaji acupoint of lower cervical plus pluck at the Jiquan acupoint

目的:观察针刺下颈夹脊穴配合弹拨极泉穴对神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法:选择2016年12月-2018年12月就诊于四平市中心人民医院康复科的72例神经根型颈椎病患者,按照纳入标准随机分成观察组和对照组各36例。观察组以针刺下颈夹脊穴为主,配合弹拨极泉穴治疗。对照组参照常规治疗颈椎病的穴位进行针刺治疗。治疗后通过视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)和中医病症诊断疗效评价标准结合症状、体征、神经系统检查积分对治疗组和对照组进行评价。结果:两组治疗前后VAS评分及症状、体征、神经系统检查积分比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01),提示两组患者经治疗后疼痛情况均得到改善。两组治疗后VAS评分及症状、体征积分变化组间比较,差异有高度统计学意义,分别为P<0.05、P<0.01。观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:应用针刺下颈夹脊穴配合弹拨极泉穴法治疗神经根型颈椎病优于对照组,在临床应用中具有较好的效果,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at the Jiaji acupoint(夹脊穴)of lower cervical plus plucking at the Jiquan acupoint(极泉穴)on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:72 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each.The observation group was mainly treated by acupuncture at the Jiaji acupoint of lower cervical with plucking at the Jiquan acupoint.The control group was treated by conventional acupuncture for cervical spondylosis.Results:There were significant differences in VAS scores,symptom and physical sign scores between before and after treatment in groups(P<0.01),suggesting that the pain in the groups was ameliorated a fter treatment.The difference between groups in VAS scores and changes of symptom and sign scores after treatment was highly statistically significant.The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy by acupuncture at the Jiaji acupoint of lower cervical plus plucki ng at the Jiquan acipoint shows better effect,and is worth popu larizing.
