舒眠胶囊与舒肝解郁胶囊对中医肝气郁结证的临床疗效对照研究

A comparative study on the efficacy of the Shumian capsule and the Shugan Jieyu capsule on the Ganqi Yujie syndrome

目的:对比舒眠胶囊与舒肝解郁胶囊对中医的肝气郁结证的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年3月我院收治的中医诊断为肝气郁结证患者96例,依治疗药物不同分为A组(给予舒肝解郁胶囊治疗)和B组(给予舒眠胶囊治疗)各48例。评估两组患者治疗效果,统计分析两组患者治疗前与治疗1、2、4、6周后睡眠质量、抑郁症状、不良反应发生情况及治疗效果评分,同时分析比较两组24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale 24-item,HAMD-24)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)减分率。结果:A组总有效率高于B组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者睡眠质量、抑郁症状、不良反应发生情况及治疗效果评分组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2、4、6周后,两组患者睡眠质量评分优于治疗前,且A组优于B组;两组患者抑郁症状评分低于治疗前,且A组低于B组;两组患者不良反应发生情况评分低于治疗前,且A组低于B组;A组治疗效果高于B组,显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组HAMD-24、PSQI减分率均高于B组,显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊治疗肝气郁结证疗效确切,能够有效缓解抑郁及睡眠质量,安全性高,耐受性好,值得推广。

Objective:To compare clinical effects of the Shumian capsule(舒眠胶囊)and the Shugan Jieyu capsule(舒肝解郁胶囊)on the Ganqi Yujie syndrome(肝气郁结证).Methods:96 cases were selected and divided into group A(received the Shugan Jieyu capsules)and group B(took the Shumian capsules),with 48 cases in each.Results:The total efficiency in group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).After 1,2,4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the sleep quality scores in groups were better than before treatment,and those in group A were better than group B,the depression symptoms scores in groups were lower than before treatment,and those in group A were lower than group B.The scores of adverse reactions in the groups were lower than before treatment,and those in group A were lower than group B.The clinical efficacy scores in group A was higher than group B,P<0.05.The reduction rates of HAMD-24 and PSQI in group A were higher than those in group B,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Shugan Jieyu capsule is effective on the Ganqi Yujie syndrome,can effectively relieve depression,improve sleep quality,with high safety and good tolerance,and is worthy of promotion.
