非酒精性脂肪性肝病的中医治疗研究进展

A review on treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in TCM

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease,NAFLD)现已成为继病毒性肝炎后我国第二大常见肝病,且发病率仍有持续增加的趋势。疾病进一步进展将导致脂肪性肝炎、肝硬化,甚至是肝细胞癌,这对人类的健康将构成严重威胁。近年来中医学对NAFLD的认识越发深入,中医治疗也取得了一定疗效,现就NAFLD的中医治疗研究进展进行综述。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has become the second most common liver disease in China after viral hepatitis,and the incidence is still increasing.Further progression of the disease will lead to fatty hepatitis,cirrhosis,and even hepatocellular carcinoma,which will pose a serious threat to human health.In recent years,the understanding of NAFLD in traditional Chinese medicine has become more and more profound,and the treatment of NAFLD in TCM medicine has achieved certain curative effect.At present,the research progress of NAFLD TCM treatment is reviewed.
